Tokyo Family Portrait Photography
Are you looking for a family portrait photographer in Tokyo? Regardless of if you live here or are planning a visit to Japan, I’ll make sure to capture all your precious moments in a documentary style. My style is primarily unposed - I much rather capture you in a candid style while you are exploring and enjoying Tokyo, rather than posing in front of my camera.
This city has so many great locations that are suitable for family portrait sessions. Regardless of if you want to explore one of the many green spaces in Tokyo, visit Disneyland or prefer photos where you are exploring an urban city setting, I and my camera will gladly accompany your family! Please let me know your preferences, and I’ll be more than happy to come up with some suggestion of appropriate locations for a family photo shoot in Tokyo!
My Tokyo Family Portrait Packages
Mini Session / 50 000 JPY
A quick session for 30 minutes at one location in central Tokyo. Digital delivery of 30+ edited full resolution photos.
Medium Session / 60 000 JPY
A session for one hour, suitable if you want a few different backgrounds, for example photos at both a park as well as some urban backdrops. Digital delivery of 70+ edited full resolution photos.
Big Session / 80 000 JPY
A session for up to two hours. + up to 30 minutes travel time, suitable if you want to shoot at several different locations/areas in Tokyo. Digital delivery of 150+ edited full resolution photos.

Tokyo Family Photo Tours
For families visiting from abroad, I highly recommend my Photo Tour packages. These consist of a half- or full-day photo shoot and are paced a bit lower than in my regular packages, to make sure there’s enough time for breaks to keep everybody happy. These packages also take into account that most things, like getting in and out of train stations or just getting around in crowded areas, tend to take a bit longer when there are accompanying children. These packages also include an advance consultation over Skype, where we get a chance to get to know each other, and when you can tell me about what you’re looking to experience during our day together. Everything from hobbies and interests to your food preferences is valuable details that I would love to get to know more about, to make our day together as fun and memorable as possible!
Half-Day Photo Tour / 100 000 JPY
Digital delivery of 100+ edited photos in full resolution.
Full-Day Photo Tour / 190 000 JPY
Same as above but for an entire day (eight hours). Digital delivery of 150+ edited photos in full resolution.
Clients are kindly requested to also cover additional costs such as entrance fees/meals or travels outside central Tokyo if needed.
